  This year we decided to include some healthy alternatives for Halloween and came across this really fun and spooky spin on a classic side dish! This is super simple to make, all you need are small Halloween Themed cookie cutters and some of your favorite veggies. For this recipe, sweet and white potatoes are a great choice and can be easily modified for a vegan-friendly option! 

Eerie Eyeball Cakepops

Cake pops are such a fun and versatile dessert that can be modified to fit any holiday. For this recipe, you can decorate these spooktastic eyeballs with colored white chocolate, and use M&Ms as the pupil. The lollipop sticks are a great way to serve the cake pops and minimize unwanted touching so you can enjoy every morsel without worry! 

 

Halloween Punch

Punch is great for any party! This recipe is kid-friendly, but if you add some vodka and caution tape, and you’ve got yourself a fun adult cocktail. We suggest getting some fun halloween themed candy, to garnish the glasses with! Try to serve the punch in a sealed pitcher to avoid spooky droplets.

If you want a COVID friendly alternative for individual servings, mix the heavy cream and chocolate and pour into small single serving graham cracker crusts or in a muffin tin and garnish with the ghost peeps!
